Which fees do I have to pay?
The appropriate one of the below payments should be attached to the application for issuing the Work Permit:
- 50 PLN - in case of providing the foreigner with work for a period of time no longer than 3 months;
- 100 PLN - in case of providing the foreigner with work for a period of time no longer than 3 months;
- 200 PLN – in case of providing the foreigner with work, who has been delegated to work on the territory of the Republic of Poland in order to provide an export service (applicable to Work Permit D).
In case of submitting the application for extending the Work Permit, the amount payment shall be equal to half of the amount of specified above.
Number of the account, where the payment for submitting the application for issuing foreigner’s Work Permit has to be made:

Proof of the payment should include the following data:
- name of the entity, which makes the payment (full legal name / first name and surname, as well as the employer’s seat / place of residence)
- deposit title/description of the aim of the payment (issuing a permit or extending of Work Permit with specification of full name and surname of the foreigner, for whom the application for issuing a Work Permit is requested)
