Where can I submit an application for issuing Work Permit?
In order to submit complete application for the work permit for the foreigner, you should book an appointment, using contact form, which is regular shared on the website:
At the appointment you may submit your documents:
at the Main Office of the Department of Foreigners, located at 3/5 Marszałkowska St. in Warsaw, 2nd floor;
at the Regional Office:
- Regional Office in Ciechanów at ul. 17 Stycznia 7, room No. 9,
- Regional Office in Płock at ul. Kolegialna 15, 2nd floor, room 213,
- Regional Office in Radom at ul. Żeromskiego 53, 2nd floor, room 261,
- Regional Office in Siedlce at ul. Piłsudskiego 38, ground floor, room 14,
- Regional Office in Ostrołęka at ul. gen. Augusta Emila Fieldorfa „Nila” 15,ground floor, room 46B.
Without booking an appointment you may submit your application:
- in the Registry Office of the Mazowieckie Province Office, at pl. Bankowy 3/5, entrance ,,F"
open: 8 am - 4 pm (Monday - Friday)
- in the Registry Office of the Department of Foreigners, located at 3/5 Marszałkowska St., stand 8;
open: 10 am - 5:30 pm (Monday), 8 am - 3 pm (Tuesday - Friday)
