Appeal procedure
If you are not satisfied with the decision rendered, you can make an appeal.
The appeal is submitted to the Minister of Labour and Social Policy through the Mazowieckie Governor within 14 days from the date of delivery of the decision.
The appeal from the decision of the Mazowieckie Governor on Work Permit for the foreigner has to be submitted in paper form.
