How long will I wait for a decision?
The decision on Work Permit is issued not later than within a month, and when the case is highly complicated – not later than within two months after the day of proceedings initiation.
According to Art. 35 § 5 of the Administrative Procedure Code, terms envisioned by the provisions of law to perform specified action, periods of suspension of proceeding and periods of delays caused by party’s fault or causes independent of legal institution are not included.
