Which documents do I have to submit?
Please familiarize yourself with the descriptions of different Work Permits given below and choose the appropriate type of Permit
Work Permit A - concerns foreigners working on the territory of the Republic of Poland, basing on an agreement with an entity whose seat or place of residence, branch, facility or other kind of organized activity is located on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Work Permit B – concerns foreigners performing a work of holding a position in the management of a legal person entered into the register of entrepreneurs or being a corporation in the process of formation for 6 months during the following 12 months
Work Permit C – concerns foreigners performing work for foreign employer, who are seconded employees, delegated to work on the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period of time no longer than 30 days in calendar year to department or facility belonging to foreign or affiliated entity, as provided for the Act of 26 July 1991 on personal income tax, with a foreign employee
Work Permit D – concerns foreigners, who perform work for foreign employer having no branch, facility or other kind of organized activity on the territory of the Republic of Poland and are seconded employees, delegated to work on the territory of the Republic of Poland in order to provide temporary and occasional service (export service)
Work Permit E – concerns foreigners, who perform work for foreign employer and are seconded employees, delegated to work on the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period of time longer that 30 days during the following 6 months in order different than specified in B, C and D permits.
