Department’s Tasks:

• conducting administrative proceedings concerning integration and replacement of lands
• conducting the affairs resulting from the Act on housing cooperatives, and giving opinions for the applications of the territorial self-government authorities
• supervising the actions of the geodesic and cartographic administration authorities
• controlling the conformity of the geodesic and cartographic works in progress
• co-working with the Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography, the Province Geodesist and the poviat offices of geodesy,
  controlling the professional qualifications held by the individuals performing independent functions in the field of geodesy and cartography
• considering the applications of the geodesic and cartographic work contractors
• conducting the administrative proceedings and preparing decisions
• giving opinions for the projects to modernise the land registers and to set up registers of lands and buildings, and technical conditions
• conducting the affairs concerning registration of the border lines and areas of the territorial division units of Poland
• evaluating the methods of spending the financial means of the poviat funds of the management of geodesic and cartographic resources by the units of the territorial self-government
• preparing the reports for the Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography for controlling the correctness of spending the financial means by the disposers of the Fund of Management of Geodesic and Cartographic Resources
