Bureau's tasks:

  • coordinating affairs connected with renovations and maintenance of the Office’s buildings;  

  • cooperation with the Bureau of Development and  Investment concerning investment implementation;

  • purchasing spare parts for the benefit of  the Section of System and Hardware Administration;

  • coordinating, planning, settling, and monitoring the correct performance of the plan of the Bureau’s budget expenses;  

  • preparing information and explanations for units  conducting controls of performing a budget;  

  • cooperation with the Bureau of HR and Legal Service in the scope of HR affairs and work discipline;  

  • coordinating the plan of the Bureau’s operation including the implementation of management control purposes through risk identification and analysis;  

  • editing the Internet and intranet websites,  and the Public Information Bulletin in the scope of the Bureau’s  competence;

  • the service of the external report system OTRS – an IT system used for registering and handling  the reports of orders, defects, faults, and requests  directed by the Office’s employees;

  • the order implementation of  particular organizational units of the Office in the scope of the lack of cat. B non-archival documentation;

  • ensuring the service of the secretariat and the proper circulation of the Bureau’s correspondence;

  • keeping a register of complaints, requests, and   petitions; and applications for accessing public  information connected with the bureau’s activity, and supervision over handling them on time;  

  • handling affairs connected with transport services rendered for the benefit of the Office including the ones rendered by external firms;

  • ensuring the right functioning, use, and supervision over the Office’s means of transport;

  • ensuring the continuity of insurance policies of the Office’s means of transport;

  • coordinating the preparation of documentation that is necessary for initiating proceedings for a public contract awarding procedure in the scope of the Bureau’s activity;

  • conducting the procedures of  public contract awarding for the benefit of the Office;

  • supervision over the proper implementation of the tasks resulting from the orders of the Province Governor and the Managing Director in the scope of awarding public contracts in the Office.
