Invitation
Who can file an application?
- a Polish citizen residing on the territory of the Republic of Poland, citizen of another Member State of the European Union, Member State of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation or a member of his/her family, residing on the territory of the Republic of Poland and having a right of residence or right of permanent residence on this territory,
- a foreigner staying on the territory of the Republic of Poland directly before the issue of the invitation legally and continuously for the period of 5 years or having a permanent residence permit or a long-term EU residence permit, or
- an artificial person or an unincorporated organisation having its registered office on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
