There are no desks of direct information on the subject of the status of pending proceedings in the registered office of the Department for Foreigners’ Affairs at ul. Marszałkowska 3/5. However, we have given access to two computer desks, where you can book an appointment, check information made accessible at the Internet website or check the status of your case.


THE   INQUIRY      DESK

An inquiry desk has operated in the registered office of the Department for Foreigners’ Affairs since 14 May 2018 in the lobby next to the registry office.  


The Desk is open on Mondays at 10:00am-2:00pm and on Thursdays at 8:00-12:00.

It is possible to obtain the following here:
- information on the modes of  obtaining particular permits issued  at  the Department for Foreigners;
- help with filling out applications and letters;
- the oral explanation of the contents of the letters, requests, and decisions received by Foreigners. 

The Inquiry Desk is operated by an employee of  Fundacja Polskie Forum Migracyjne [Polish Migration Forum].

THE CONTACT FORM:

In order to obtain information, we ask for using the contact form that is available at the website of Mazowiecki Urząd Wojewódzki in Warsaw in the bookmark Foreigners ( https://kontaktwsc.mazowieckie.pl/). A client will receive a reply through e-mail after filling out the from properly. Replies to questions sent by another way than THE CONTACT FORM (e.g. to other e-mail addresses) will not be implemented since 01.02.2018.
