What fees do I have to pay?
In the event of the issue or replacement of the card, you should pay a fee amounting to:
- for the issue/replacement of a residence card - PLN 50 / a concessionary fee of PLN 25
The fee should be paid by bank transfer to the following bank account:

In the event of culpable loss/damage of the document, a fee amounting to 300% of the base amount will be charged.
A concession for the issue or replacement of a residence card applies to foreigners:
- having a difficult financial situation;
- whose purpose of stay is to receive education at a secondary school or at a university on the territory of the Republic of Poland;
- being under-age, who were less than 16 years of age on the date of submission of the application for the issue or replacement of a residence card or a document.
