Conditions that I have to meet

  • During submission of the application, your fingerprints are taken and encoded in the residence card. 
  • If the application is submitted by mail or through a representative, you will be notified of the necessity of appearing at the office in order to submit your fingerprints.
  • Your failure to submit your fingerprints will result in the refusal to initiate the proceedings of issue or replacement of the residence card
  • If taking of the foreigner's fingerprints is physically impossible, the administrative body will refrain from taking them
