We inform that:
- the Administrator of Your personal data is the Mazovian Governor with the registered office at pl. Bankowy 3/5 in Warsaw.

- We process Your personal data only to perform the Administrator’s tasks that result from the regulations of law and the tasks implemented within the public interest.
- Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conduct a case in the Mazovian Province Office in Warsaw.
- The recipients of Your data can only include the institutions entitled on the basis of the regulations of the law or the entities whom the Administrator entrusted with processing data on the basis of a concluded agreement.
- You have the right to access the contents of Your data, and the right to rectify, delete them, to restrict processing them, to data portability, and to file an objection.
- You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority that is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. You can do it, if You decide that we process personal data with a breach of the regulations of the law.
- If we process personal data on the basis of consent granted to us, You can withdraw it at any moment (without affecting the compliance of processing before its withdrawal with the law).
- We store personal data for a period of time that is necessary for performing the Administrator’s tasks and for implementing the archiving obligation that result from the regulations of the law.
The legal basis: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016).
