Pursuant to the Act of 1 April 2011 amending the Act on the entry into, residence in and exit from the Republic of Poland of nationals of the European Union Member States and their family members (Journal of Laws of 2011 No. 92, item 532), in the above-mentioned casesno fees are charged.
