The residence card of an EU citizen's family member is valid for 5 years, and if the intended period of stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland of the EU citizen who is joined by the family member or with whom the family member is staying is shorter than 5 years, the document is valid for the intended period of the EU citizen's stay;
