Legal basis
- Pursuant to the Act of 14 July 2006 on the entry into, residence in and exit from the Republic of Poland of citizens of the European Union Member States and their family members (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 900;
- The Ordinance of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 24 August 2006 on applications and documents regarding right of residence on the territory of the Republic of Poland of citizens of the European Union and their family members (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 1969, as amended).
